the beds were comfortable. the staff was always friendly. the provided kitchen had all the necessary equipment for preparing simple meals (i especially liked the microwave).
the exterior looked a bit unwelcoming, like an abandoned house. the interior presentation needed more care. i noticed coffee stains upon arrival (i found them on the table).

The staff was friendly. They showed me to my room upon my arrival and explained where everything was. The shower had hot water. Tea and coffee were available in the room.
The hotel is dated. A lot of work needs to be done inside. The room seemed decrepit. The table had holes in it.

Excellent Stay Near Ashton Gate!

The location was convenient for Ashton Gate Stadium. I could leave my car on-site early. This was a considerable advantage, as parking is challenging in the area. The staff I met were friendly and accommodating. This. The hotel looked very clean.
The shower head provided low water pressure, potentially due to a hose issue. This minor inconvenience did not significantly detract from my overall stay.

The double room had comfortable bedding and soft, fresh towels. This contributed to a restful experience. I requested extra pillows, and the staff promptly provided them, which improved the comfort. The room offered sufficient space for luggage and movement.
